Shipping, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vatahari, operated by Sanjeevani Ortho Lab, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read the following policies carefully before making a purchase.

1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time & Charges

  • Your order will be delivered in 5-7 business days from dispatch based on your location.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing orthosanjeevanilab@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.

  • The return item will be picked up will be done in 5-7 working days after successful approval on return item.
  • Your order will be exchanged & replacement will delivered within 7-10 working days only on approved returns.

Conditions for a Valid Return

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact.

  • We do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed health supplements unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed & credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • To cancel, email orthosanjeevanilab@gmail.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may, however, follow the return process once the order is delivered (if eligible).

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
